About the Forum
Established in 2007 at the late Dick Thornburgh’s Law School alma mater, the University of Pittsburgh, the Dick Thornburgh Forum for Law & Public Policy reflects his career in public service in conjunction with the Dick Thornburgh Papers held by the University's Hillman Library.
Mark Nordenberg
The Dick Thornburgh Forum for Law & Public Policy continues its mission of fostering public education and civic action on important public policy issues under the direction of Chancellor Emeritus Mark Nordenberg. Nordenberg also serves as the Chair of the Institute of Politics.
Co-Chairs of the Dick Thornburgh Forum for Law & Public Policy Advisory Committee
David H. Ehrenwerth is a co-chair of the Thornburgh Forum Advisory Committee along with Mr. Sam Zacharias, who also co-chairs the committee.
Sam Zacharias is a co-chair of the Thornburgh Forum for Law and Public Policy. Sam is the co-founder and principal of Gateway Financial Group, Inc., which is located in Pittsburgh.
