Mark Johnson, M.Ed.  Mr. Johnson is the Director of Advocacy at the Shepherd Center in Atlanta, GA. and Chair of The ADA  Legacy Project. He holds a Masters Degree in Guidance and Counseling from the University of  North Carolina at  Charlotte.  Mark is a graduate of the Leadership Denver Program and Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC’s) Regional Leadership Institute, and he has over 35 years of disability rights experience.   Mr. Johnson is a past President of Fund for Southern Communities, a founder  of  ADAPT.

His memoir,  “I Love Today: A Story of Transformation,”  was published in 2015 and will be available for purchase at the event.
