Mark A. Nordenberg, Chancellor Emeritus, Chair of the Institute of Politics, and Director of the Dick Thornburgh Forum, has been appointed chair of the Pennsylvania Legislative Reapportionment Commission by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
The commission's formation follows the completion of the 2020 Census. Its charge is to redraw legislative districts in a manner that accounts for shifts in population across the state while giving each citizen's vote equal weight throughout the commonwealth.
